The parts inventory function is always current because of its deep integration with the purchase and sales systems.

Business Management 

All business processes in DMS2012 are completely integrated with the Microsoft Dynamics AX accounting system. Transactions regarding customers, creditors, vehicles and parts are all automatically posted to the correct general ledger accounts. Costing and inventory values are also deeply embedded in the product.

 

For a real-time example, consider that posting a purchase order automatically posts the value on the creditor account, while also posting the financial value to the inventory balance account and the physical inventory as well.

 

In addition, the accounting system can be integrated with banks and payroll systems.
